Lianne M. Hurtado, M.S., BCBA

Owner and Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Lianne has lived in the Lake Nona area since 1996. She has seen this area grow from cow pastures to a flourishing community. She is married to her wonderful husband Ryan and they have a 6-year-old son named Rylan and a 2-year-old daughter named Layla.
She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida in 2010. She started working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2012. In 2015, Lianne graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since August of 2015.
Since Lianne has seen the Lake Nona area grow, she recognizes the lack of resources for families with children with special needs. Therefore, this led to the creation of Nona ABA to deliver ABA therapy to the families in the Lake Nona community.

Lauren Berthelot (Ridge), MA, BCBA, LBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Lauren completed her Master’s program at Arizona State University in Special Education, focusing on Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. Before entering the world of ABA, she was a general education classroom teacher for three years, teaching 5th and 6th grade. Lauren moved to Florida from Maryland in 2015 and recently to the Lake Nona area.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family (Jonathan & our two girls, Zelda (6) & Hailey(4)), being an amateur plant lady, great cups of coffee, and spending time outside (either at one of our local theme parks, biking or kayaking!).

Darcey Nordman

Registered Behavior Technician

Hi, I’m Darcey. I grew up in the Chicago area and moved to Florida for college. I studied psychology at Stetson University. I currently study ABA in an online program through Ball State University for my master's degree. I am hoping to become a BCBA! My cousin with autism thrived with ABA, and I always had a special bond with him. I wanted to help other families through ABA, so it was only natural for me to be in this field.

Maddie Harris

Registered Behavior Technician

Hi, my name is Maddie and I grew up in Lake Nona. I attend the University of Central Florida and am pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing. I have babysat and been involved in this community my whole life and love it here. I like to spend my free time in the water, at the beach, reading or just hanging out with my family. I have always loved children and have known from a young age that I wanted to work with kids as a career. I was newly introduced to ABA therapy and immediately loved the field.  I am currently working on my RBT certification and am looking forward to all that I have to learn. I was able to witness what ABA was doing for these children and how it was changing their lives and I feel called to take part in this amazing field. I am super excited to be a part of this team.

Kristina Allison

Registered Behavior Technician

I grew up in New Madison, Ohio in a small town. I moved to Florida 2 years ago.
I have a huge family. I'm the second oldest of 7 children and I have 3 kiddos of my own.
I love animals and have 4 dogs. My hobbies include doing puzzles, making things with my Cricut and spending time with my kids. I collect anything from the TV show Friends. It's my favorite show.
I got into ABA 6 years ago. I plan on continuing schooling to become a BCBA in the future. The thing I love most about ABA is seeing the kiddos reach their goals.

Erninda Morency

Registered Behavior Technician

Hi, my name is Erninda and I am excited to join the Nona ABA team as an RBT! I am from upstate New York but have lived in Florida for over 10 years. I attended Valencia College through the Duel Enrollment program and completed my Bacheclor's in Early Childhood Education Developmental Track at Florida International University. It has always been a passion of mine to help people and as I got older I knew I wanted to help guide the development of children to lead them into becoming their best selves in our interdependent society. I enjoy spending time with my family as I am the youngest daughter of two and hope to one day have my own family. I have been working with children for over 6 years from experiences of babysitting, resort guest activities, and becoming a teacher with my CDA. I found a passion in ABA as I had a few experiences with children as a teacher who received such services. My passion for ABA grew through research, previous experiences with students, and being a student in a few medical clinics. As a lifelong learner, I am excited to begin attending a University to obtain my Masters to become a BCBA.

Sivana Simon

Behavior Technician

My name is Sivana Simon and I was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I moved to Florida about two years ago and I absolutely love it! I went to Bloomsburg University and majored in Interpersonal Communications with a minor in Spanish. I love spending time with family and friends and doing simple yet entertaining things like laying by the pool, puzzles, cooking, etc. I’m the oldest of three - I have two younger brothers who I adore. I grew up always being the family babysitter and knew from a young age I wanted to work with children. Over the years, I have worked with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral problems and truly felt this career path in my heart. I hope to receive my masters in ABA in the near future and continue to grow! I’m excited to see what the future holds!

My name is Ariel Enriquez and I'm a first-time Mom to a two-year-old boy. I grew up in New York but moved to Florida where I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida. I immediately knew that ABA was the career path for me and I continued my education at the University of South Florida. I recently graduated with my Masters in Behavior Analysis and plan to sit for the BCBA exam this year. I have always had a passion for helping others reach their fullest potential and I hope to continue to do so as a BCBA. In my spare time, I love exploring new parks and finding activities to do with my baby boy. I'm excited to be part of this team and serve our community!
