Meet the Nona ABA Team
Lianne M. Hurtado, M.S., BCBA
Owner and Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Lianne has lived in the Lake Nona area since 1996. She has seen this area grow from cow pastures to a flourishing community. She is married to her wonderful husband Ryan and they have a 6-year-old son named Rylan and a 2-year-old daughter named Layla.
She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida in 2010. She started working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2012. In 2015, Lianne graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since August of 2015.
Since Lianne has seen the Lake Nona area grow, she recognizes the lack of resources for families with children with special needs. Therefore, this led to the creation of Nona ABA to deliver ABA therapy to the families in the Lake Nona community.
Kaeleigh Gonzalez, M.S., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Hi everyone! My name is Kaeleigh Gonzalez. I was born and raised here in Central Florida. I have two wonderful kiddos - Nolan (2.5) and Paisleigh (1.5). We love exploring all things outside especially in the Fall. I received my BS in Psychology from UCF and my MS in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in ABA from NSU. I have been in the ABA field since 2017 and received my BCBA certification in 2020. I have loved every minute of it. Two weeks after working in the ABA field I knew this was where I was meant to be. I am so excited to begin my journey with Nona ABA and meet all of the amazing families we’re here to support!
Darcey Nordman
Registered Behavior Technician
Hi, I’m Darcey. I grew up in the Chicago area and moved to Florida for college. I studied psychology at Stetson University. I currently study ABA in an online program through Ball State University for my master's degree. I am hoping to become a BCBA! My cousin with autism thrived with ABA, and I always had a special bond with him. I wanted to help other families through ABA, so it was only natural for me to be in this field.
Maddie Harris
Registered Behavior Technician
Hi, my name is Maddie and I grew up in Lake Nona. I attend the University of Central Florida and am pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing. I have babysat and been involved in this community my whole life and love it here. I like to spend my free time in the water, at the beach, reading or just hanging out with my family. I have always loved children and have known from a young age that I wanted to work with kids as a career. I was newly introduced to ABA therapy and immediately loved the field. I am currently working on my RBT certification and am looking forward to all that I have to learn. I was able to witness what ABA was doing for these children and how it was changing their lives and I feel called to take part in this amazing field. I am super excited to be a part of this team.
Kristina Allison
Registered Behavior Technician
I grew up in New Madison, Ohio in a small town. I moved to Florida 2 years ago.
I have a huge family. I'm the second oldest of 7 children and I have 3 kiddos of my own.
I love animals and have 4 dogs. My hobbies include doing puzzles, making things with my Cricut and spending time with my kids. I collect anything from the TV show Friends. It's my favorite show.
I got into ABA 6 years ago. I plan on continuing schooling to become a BCBA in the future. The thing I love most about ABA is seeing the kiddos reach their goals.
Elizabe Larduet

My name is Elizabe Larduet. I was born in Cuba and at the age of 16 I decided to come with my mother to the United States. My hobbies are traveling, watching TV and spending time with my family. I studied at Valencia College where I received my AA Degree. In 2021 I moved to Arizona where I graduated as a dental assistant from Carrintonge College. I have a one-year-old son who made me change my path and become interested in this beautiful career. Helping others and making a difference in their life has always been an inspiration to me. I am very excited to be part of this amazing team.
Erninda Morency
Behavior Technician
Hi, my name is Erninda and I am excited to join the Nona ABA team as an RBT! I am from upstate New York but have lived in Florida for over 10 years. I attended Valencia College through the Duel Enrollment program and completed my Bacheclor's in Early Childhood Education Developmental Track at Florida International University. It has always been a passion of mine to help people and as I got older I knew I wanted to help guide the development of children to lead them into becoming their best selves in our interdependent society. I enjoy spending time with my family as I am the youngest daughter of two and hope to one day have my own family. I have been working with children for over 6 years from experiences of babysitting, resort guest activities, and becoming a teacher with my CDA. I found a passion in ABA as I had a few experiences with children as a teacher who received such services. My passion for ABA grew through research, previous experiences with students, and being a student in a few medical clinics. As a lifelong learner, I am excited to begin attending a University to obtain my Masters to become a BCBA.
